Rising Ground Church Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to transactions made directly through the Rising Ground Church website unless otherwise stated.

1. Donations

All donations made to Rising Ground Church are voluntary contributions given to support the mission and work of the ministry.

Donations are non-refundable and are considered final at the time of processing, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe there has been an unauthorized or fraudulent charge related to a donation, please contact your card issuer or financial institution immediately. Rising Ground Church will cooperate fully with financial institutions regarding verified transaction inquiries.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloadable Resources)

Digital products sold by Rising Ground Church are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed

  • Refunds are not issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Accidental purchase

    • Failure to download due to user error

    • Device or software incompatibility

Limited Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

  • The digital file is corrupted or defective

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our part

Requests must be submitted within [7 or 14] days of purchase and must include proof of purchase.

3. Online Courses & Educational Programs

From time to time, Rising Ground Church may offer online courses, training programs, or educational materials for purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted

  • Refunds will not be issued for partial completion, non-participation, or change of mind

Any course-specific refund terms will be clearly disclosed on the course sales page and will govern that purchase.

4. Spiritual Counseling & Scheduling Services

Spiritual counseling and discipleship services offered by Rising Ground Church are scheduled and managed through a third-party scheduling platform.

All scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies related to counseling sessions are governed by the policies presented at the time of booking through that platform.

Rising Ground Church does not override or modify third-party scheduling policies.

5. Merchandise

Merchandise may be offered through a separate third-party website linked from the Rising Ground Church website.

All merchandise purchases, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by the policies of the external merchandise provider. Rising Ground Church is not responsible for transactions processed on third-party merchandise sites.
