​At Rising Ground Church, the leadership structure is both Spirit-led and purposefully ordered. Pastor Jamal Christmas serves as the spiritual architect and foundational voice of the ministry. With his oversight and vision, and Prophetess LaShaundra’s prophetic strategy and teaching, a perfect balance is achieved. While Prophetess LaShaundra operates powerfully in her prophetic calling and is frequently seen and heard, their roles are divinely aligned—not competitive. This ministry was birthed through the vision entrusted to Pastor Jamal, and the evangelism through prophetic words from Prophetess LaShaundra. together they lead Rising Ground Church with unity, clarity, and Kingdom purpose.
Core Message: The Divine Flow
Our core message at Rising Ground Church is this: Life is meant to be lived in the Divine Flow. This is the invisible current of God that personally guides each individual into their divinely designed place of thriving. That place is found in the identity of Christ—the new creation identity secured by His crucifixion, resurrection, ascension and seating at the right hand of God. Living in the Divine Flow means surrendering to God's rhythm, aligning with His Word, and trusting the Spirit to navigate you into the fullness of who you are called to be. This is how we live, lead, and disciple others.
