When God Reveals: The Power of Discernment and Divine Timing

Lately, God has been showing me the importance of waiting on His timing for revelation. Whether it’s about people, places, or situations, there’s a divine order to when and how He unveils truth. And there is reward in the waiting.

Discernment isn’t based on our feelings or opinions—it’s God’s insight, His revelation. It’s the Spirit illuminating what we can’t see in the natural.

Recently, the Lord has been highlighting specific worship artists to me—revealing who is genuinely walking with Him and who is not. This isn’t about judgment; it’s about awareness. It’s about recognizing what God is calling out of the shadows and into His marvelous light.

But this unveiling isn’t just external. God is calling us to examine ourselves as well. Are there areas in your heart that you’ve kept hidden? Places of pain, disappointment, or shame that you’ve covered with a smile or the label of being a “good Christian”? Are you telling people “I’m okay,” when really, you’re not?

God already sees it all—and still, He’s asking for your permission to come in and heal.

Take a moment. Write down those hidden things. Then go to your secret place, your prayer closet, and invite God in. Let His light shine on every corner. Ask Him to heal, mend, and restore.

Because when the truth is brought into the light, it loses its power to torment in the dark.

So whether you’ve been seeking clarity about someone, or God is revealing something that’s not aligned with His will for your life—stay open, stay available, and watch. Revelation is coming.
